YU-LABEL is a company that deals with self-adhesive label printing and production of blocks for writing. One among the first in its industry. Technology of flexographic press which is used in our factory is "ENVIREMENT friendly" and does not harm the living environment. Ecological correctness of our products is complete, and also the process of recycling waste materials. 
The high technology of our press is reflected, among other things, in type of color that is used. We use the newest and most modern manufacturer Sericol UV color (Great Britain) to be used in a "cold” UV printing. Quality of UV color is due to its pigment and that’s why color on the label looks much more "natural" and clear. 
In our production are also used water solvable inks of manufacturers GSB (Germany) and Torda Zvezda (Serbia). 
The special effects give lacquering of printed labels, which provides for their shine and protection from external influences such as moisture or various chemical substances. Lacquering certainly contributes to the quality and appearance of the product label. 
Machines used for flexographic printing lines produced by the leading companie in the world that produces flexographic printing machine, Danish NILPETER. 
Models of machines for flexographic printing are as follows: 

FA2500 is 8-color capacity and uses UV color. 
-Maximum print length is 342.88, and the width 250mm. 
-Print can be with 7 colors and varnishing or 8 colors without varnish. 
-The possibility of printing on both sides of labels (adhesive) and laminating 

F200 is used for water solvable ink and has 6-color capacity. 
-Its maximum print length is 304.88 mm, a width of 203.2 mm. 
-Printing can be up to 5 colors with varnish or 6 colors without varnish.
